Sand sculptures at the Veluwe

’t Veluws Zandsculpturenfestijn of the season 2019, will be open from 12 April to 2 November. From Monday to Saturday. This year’s theme is “Trip around the world”.  First a big skyline of the famoust buildings in the world. The seaworld, animals, vehicles, famous people, a lot of different items. A beautiful experience for the young and the old.

The festival is open from 12 April to 2 November 2019 (not on Sundays). For details about the opening hours, click here.

Inside “Do you know…..”.

In one of the covered parts of the festival you will find about 35 sculptures depicting several happenings after 2WO. Small scenes that clearly tell a story. The challenging assignment: consider which happening is depicted in each sand sculpture. Whoever is able to guess them all, has a chance to win nice prizes.

Self-service restaurant.

At ’t Veluws Zandsculpturenfestijn you will find the self-service restaurant, the “Saloon de Preuverij”. Completely in style of a saloon, you can enjoy coffee with pastries, a nice lunch or a tasty snack. An extensive range of drinks, pastries, sandwiches, fries and snacks are available here. In addition to the “Plattelands Preuverie”, Lunchroom “De Rozentuin” is also present on site.
